Hello Doug, I haven't had a chance to read your blog in a while. I will have to catch up with reading about you friend Trang being here in the US.

Should she ever need a Vietnamese friend to talk to, just drop me a note and I will email you my phone number, or I can call her - no long distance charge on my home phone. I know what a culture shock this is for her. Also, the isolation of being away from her family and not knowing the language very well. I've been there. I, myself, have a cousin with her family that just came over about 2 months now. She also has a daughter 2nd year in college. I can always put her in touch with my niece and they can chat and compare notes.
