When you get the magic solution let us all know.
In all seriousness, I'm researching how to teach the serious issue of white females (85% of all teachers)teaching children of color (over 50% in most areas) and the very poor in USA public schools. I'M attempting "Cultural Immersion" activites in my classes. It's not the real thing, but we need something.
