The third floor is now on – and noticing the insertion of even more reinforcing rods, I’m gonna guess there will be a fourth floor. The construction crew is so used to seeing me now, they just wave when they see me taking pictures. The first few times, they seemed a bit nervous that a foreigner was photographing them, but now they yell at me when I go by.

Oh - they just wave and smile, so I guess they are yelling nice things to me.
